We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

 

Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a fee.

 

No-shows may be charged a fee and may require a deposit or prepayment before booking future appointments.

 

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the delay and our schedule, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid affecting other clients.
